Climate

The climate is one of the decisive arguments for the selection of our area for the majority of the buyers of homes in South-East Spain.

The climate in our area has been named by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the healthiest places in the world to live and life expectancy in the region is therefore considerably higher than in other areas within Europe. With 320 days of sun a year that is not surprising.

Particularly in the winter months, we find ourselves here in the mildest climate in Europe and the temperature very regularly rises well above 20º C. The air is clean and pure due to the lack of heavy industry within a distance of more than 600 kilometers and also the natural salt lakes are renowned for their beneficial effects on complaints such as rheumatism, sciatica but also all kinds of skin problems.

The effects of the prevailing micro-climate are permanently noticeable and therefore ensure a pleasant living and residential climate in both summer and winter.
